My 2012 GOALS...

2010 has been very cruel to me but i survived.. 2011 has been wonderful.... and it is almost at its end... so what is my plan for 2012?

These are my goals..

To restructure my Wangsa Maju apartment's mortgage plan (renegotiate on the interest or monthly installment) - January 2012
To settle my resignation from Jasdanas Corporation Sdn Bhd at SSM - January 2012
To make sure I close at least RM314K of UT sales every month - beginning NOW!
To make sure I update my UT clients 4 times in a year - beginning NOW!
To close minimum of RM6K FYP of takaful sales -need to focus on my Unit Trust first!
To close minimum of 4 IEP cases
To make sure the spa will have at least RM20K of monthly sales - beginning NOW!
To prepare 1 year activity plan for CWA and the spa - 1 Jan 2012
To be able to restructure our family's financial plan - and to follow the plan STRICTLY! (Seriously need to monitor the mister's spending) - 22 December 2011
To enroll Nura in swimming & taekwando class
To exclusively breastfeed my baby (YEAYY!! We are expecting again!!), which means I have to go for a 'test drive' session at the breastpump store - 1 April 2012
To start compiling infos, adverts, articles, paper/magazine cuttings, brochures on house renovation and decoration - beginning NOW! To make a house renovation & renovation scrapbook for future reference - beginning NOW!
To organize my laptop contents - February 2012
To print out more of our digital photos in a form of photobook, maybe to frame a few good ones for keepsakes - January and September 2012
To prepare a simple family vacation plan (need to focus more on my 'nesting instinct') - January 2012
To inculcate healthy eating habit in my family by preparing a proper meal plan - December 2011
To self coach Nura on her Al-Quran reading when ustaz is not around until she completes the whole holy book (she's already at juzu' 11) - 30 September 2012
To read the holy quran everyday until khatam - 1 May 2012 
To start cooking for dinner as well.. not occassionally, okay.. - beginning NOW!
To go out on a date with hubby fortnightly - after having a maid of our own
To read more on real estate investment and plan for the next investment, perhaps?

The Beginning of The School Holidays

19 November 2011 - Nura got an award for the best score in English subject (std 2) today.. A big leap from last year's achievement.. Can't blame her.. Last year was disastrous for everyone..

Not only she excels in her English.. She improved tremendously in all subjects.. But last semester's result was a bit on the downside except in English.. I'm not worried about her position in class.. I'm monitoring her average percentage and her performance in each and every subject (except for Arab)..

My plan for Nura's school holiday is to make sure she does her standard 2 exercise books everyday..  Other activity remains..

On that very same day, my business partner and I decided to host our schoolmates gathering at our spa.. I hosted our first gathering at my parents' place way back in 2004.. I've always love potluck party.. Simply convenient for small group gathering.. Back then I sponsored the bbq... Lots of crowd.. Luckily my parents n siblings have known my some of my schoolmates since the 90s..

This time it was a potluck party again.. Strictly for ladies only.. Kids can join.. Lagi gamat rupanya bila bini org ni tak bawak laki masing2.. LOL! There were only 15 of us (SSPians batch SPM 94).. Not including the kids.. Lotsa food.. But the best part is the opportunity to meet each other which rarely happen..

My Darling Yan is 36!!

We went to Penang to celebrate my hubby's 36th birthday.. hubby brought us to have mee udang in Titi Timbul, Sg. Dua, Penang... Awesome stuff!!

We stayed at Hard Rock Hotel for the weekend... and enjoyed every second spent there... and the kids really enjoyed their swimming time..

and the birthday dinner for my man...

and we had more fun before we retire that night...

before we checked out from the hotel the next day, we took more photos for keepsakes... had lotsa fun there..

October Dos...

I haven't been writing for quite a while... busy with business... well.. i am still busy so i'm just gonna post some photos i took in October 2011...

These were taken during Nura's school carnival..

The next day, we went to Madam Kwan's, Pavillion to celebrate my MIL's 66th birthday.. hubby joined us from his office..

and few days after that, Nayla asked for a birthday cake from my parents... she claimed that we didn't buy any for her birthday... nayla, we brought you to Perhentian!!!!

that's about it... but wait... there'll be a few more postings for October...
