CNY - Cameron Highland

Despite knowing that this year's CNY is going to be a long weekend, I still fail to plan for a vacation.. Zai asked me last 2 weeks what's my plan for the CNY weekend and I went 'errrrrrr'... blur....

Then she asked if I would like to join her to Cameron Highland? YESSSS!!! Zai goes to Cameron Highland like more than twice a year... she loves it there... another place that she likes to go is Langkawi..... so we call he Duta CH and Duta Langkawi... LOL!

This was the 2nd time we went to CH together.. 1st time was in 2005.. went with my parents in laws.. we stayed at the Maybank bungalows.. that place was so cozy (and kind of spooky too).. ;)

Zai arranged for the accommodation and the itinerary.. I was too busy with my class.. and my BILs wedding...
unfortunately we only managed to get 1 night accommodation... tulah... sapa suruh last minute?

Anyway, the short getaway was fun (ke stressful?).. we were not able to pick the strawberries as it was not in season yet... but we got our strawberry ice cream, waffle.. muffin.... got our vegetables...

Hurun Ain Oasis Muslimah Spa and Salon Soft Launch

Although I am still undergoing my CIBTAC Diploma Program in EWI, PJ, the BOD of Hurun Ain Oasis Sdn Bhd has decided to soft launch our spa yesterday - 1 February 2011... invitations has been sent out - mostly to family members and friends... It was a simple event.. with some light refreshments, Yassin recitation, opening speech by the Managing Director and that's about it... we hope that someday, we'd be able to hold a bigger event - The Grand Launching... Aminnnn..

I brought my D90 but I was too busy to take some photos of the event... LOL!

So officially our spa has started operating... but only for facials and body treatments.. the hairstyling area is not ready yet... :(

My late grandfather (Tok Wan of Sg. Petani) and my mom used to teach my a prayer (Doa)... I've always recite it whenever I'm in difficulties... I event recite it when it is hard for me to look for a parking space.. I'll try to get the Doa in Arabic characters to be shared here...

To my surprise, my daughter, Nura memorize this Doa as well... Alhamdulillah... May my daughter grow up to become a solehah girl... Aminnn....
