1st Raya

Slept late last night.. Packing.. Setting up the table.. Kemas2 living room.. Woke up later than usual.. Kids were up already.. Got them ready for raya.. Then.. Salam2 session...

Pakcik Fauzan's (FIL's youngest brother) family paid us a visit..

Later.. Maksu's (MIL's youngest half-sister) family came by..

As usual.. The photography session.. This time got no co-operation from the kids.. Dah cranky and tak sabar2 nak main with their relatives..

Later, we left for Sg. Petani, Kedah with my family.. Traffic was so bad on the highway (North-bound).. All rest areas were full! We reached Sg. Petani after 9p.m, I guess... Lupa tengok jam.. Kids were super restless.. Tp bila sampai kampung nasib my cousins were playing fire-crackers.. They totally forgot that they were exhausted from the long-hours journey..

After supper (nasi and rendang and gulai), we went to the homestay that my aunty booked for us.. (My late's grandparents' place in Sg. Layar is a bit small to fit us all).. Decent place.. Clean.. Nearby our kampung.. Cozy, comfy.. Air-conditioned... But I wouldn't call it a homestay.. Dah lari konsep dah ni.. :)

By the way, it was late and dark so didn't take any pictures of the place.. Perhaps later...
